HOW TO BUY
At David Ross Furniture we endeavor to make your buying experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. We hope these few guidelines will help to explain the process:
Buying Direct from The Website:
When you spot items that you like, simply click on the “Add to Enquiry” button and this item will be added to your enquiry. The full list of all the items you have identified will be highlighted for you at the “check-out” stage, so you can check the list. You can delete, edit or add items at any time to this list. As soon as you hit the “send enquiry” button, your furniture list is sent to our dedicated sales team who will contact you with a quotation or any clarification. We pride ourselves in responding within 48 hours.
Buying from Distributors:
On the website there is a list of our current distributors around the world, and if your home comes under one of these geographical areas, you can click on their email address and send your enquiry directly to your local distributor. They will respond directly to you. If for whatever reason you do not get a response, please contact us directly and we will follow it up.
Customer Profiles:
The purchasing procedure and pricing will vary depending on whether you are a wholesale buyer, an Interior Designer or buying as an individual. Please have a look at our terms and conditions for more information on minimum orders etc. If you are a wholesale buyer, you will need to meet our minimum order criteria to qualify for wholesale prices. We also have a pricing scheme for Interior Designers and individuals, where we do not impose minimum orders, but where the pricing will be higher than wholesale.
Payment Terms:
Whatever the size of your order, we will require a 50% deposit to start production and the balance 50% prior to shipping the goods. Payment should be made by bank transfer to the account listed on your quotation.
Shipping:
Pricing does not include shipping, but we are happy to arrange shipping for you to any destination (or you may prefer to organize this yourself). We do not charge for this service – we will simply pass on the shipping quote from the freight forwarder.
